RETURN POLICY We thank you for your patronage. We hope you are completely happy with your purchase(s). However, if the item(s) you purchased contain excessive damage you may return it to us for a partial refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy. RETURNS All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the date you received your purchase. All returned items must be in the condition which they were received by you with all parts. RETURN PROCESS To return an item, please email customer service at YakimaReclaimed@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail or deliver your return. REFUNDS After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer refunds on material cost, therefore the maximum refunded amount may be equal or up to the total cost of labor charged.
